★★★★★ 5/5 — Exceptional service when I needed it most Kempfs Jewelers is absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was in a major bind trying to get a birthday gift for my wife — her birthday is this weekend, and the two other jewelry stores I had been working with completely dropped the ball. The week of the birthday, I reached out to Kempfs and spoke with Jason, and he genuinely saved the day. He listened, understood the situation, and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed — quickly, professionally, and without any stress. The customer service here is on another level. Friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, and truly committed to helping their customers. It’s rare to find a business that still operates with this level of care. I am beyond grateful and 100% recommend Kempfs Jewelers to anyone looking for quality, honesty, and outstanding service. 10/10 — fantastic business.

I recently received the Rolex watch I had been waiting for. While the wait was long, it was absolutely worth it. The showroom is beautifully designed and makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. We had a wonderful experience at Kempf’s Jewlers. Gale designed an enhanced reset of my diamond engagement ring. It is a beautiful ring and they got it to me by Christmas! Kempfs was an amazing experience. I don’t think I exactly look like your traditional jewelry enthusiast or anything but they still welcomed me with opens arms and took the time to help me figure out what I wanted. Maricela was GREAT! She helped me figure out the length and chain type I wanted and I ended up purchasing a silver bracelet that I adore and plan to wear for years to come. Thanks for such a good experience!

10/10 service. My girl and I went there to look at wedding bands, and a watch. Gale was amazing and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. She didn’t try to push us one way or another, but was very helpful. Her knowledge as a jeweler/designer is top notch. We traveled 2 1/2 hours to see them based off of a suggestion from someone, and it was worth every minute of the drive. We’ll gladly make the trip again. Kempf jewelers is amazing, and we’ve never had a better experience at a jewelry store before. Jason also helped me look at a couple Rolex watch’s and like Gale was very welcoming and knowledgeable with zero pressure on me to know or pick anything. I’ve read horror stories of Rolex ADs, and those stories couldn’t be farther from the truth here. Neither Jason or Gale had any contempt towards us even though I came in in shorts and flip flops. 10 for 10 would recommend to anyone anytime anywhere.

Jason was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend has always dreamed of owning a Rolex watch, and since October is his birthday, we had been waiting for a long long time. Today, after we got off the cruise, Jason called us and completely surprised us with the perfect birthday gift! Jason is not only incredibly knowledgeable about watches but also one of the kindest and most genuine people we’ve ever met. He made us feel so welcomed, took the time to explain every detail with patience, and truly went above and beyond to make this moment special. The boutique itself is absolutely stunning — elegant, luxurious, and beautifully designed. All the staff were warm and welcoming, and they even offered us water right away when we stepped in. Every detail made us feel valued and cared for. We will definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for the most luxurious shopping experience. I’ve purchased several Rolex watches there, and they even handled my wife’s flawless wedding ring. When it needed resizing, they completely rebuilt it for no charge to ensure it was perfect. They also resized my own wedding band, where David expertly strengthened the setting and replaced several missing diamonds. I recently had the best shopping experience at Kempf’s Jewelers, our locally owned, family-run gem in Indialantic. In just the past week, I purchased three truly special pieces: a beautiful strand of pearls as my daughter’s high school graduation gift, and a stunning pair of diamond earrings for myself. Both pieces were exquisite, high quality, and presented beautifully. I mentioned I had been searching for a very long time for a Rolex Submariner for my husband and had put in a request with them before. Our 25th wedding anniversary is coming up and I was hoping they might find one for me. I received a text the next day that said they had the watch I was searching for! My husband was so excited when I gave it to him. Kempf’s customer service is simply the best. They are knowledgeable, genuine, and caring. The team made every moment feel personal and trustworthy, like dealing with family. Many years ago, I worked for an official Rolex dealer, so I know what real expertise and authenticity look like. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for fine jewelry or watches.
